During the four days of the exhibition, experts introduced to the public the new products of Nestlé Professional, attracting the interest of visitors with the fragrances that emerged from its premises.
One of the most important events of the four-day event was the visit of the well-known chef, Akis Petretzikis, who together with Nestlé Professional’s Coffee Expert Giorgos Makropoulos perfectly married Buondi Caffè blends with unique brunch creations through an original coffee pairing session . Throughout the show, dozens of people had gathered to attend, while the impressions stole the espresso tarts created by Akis Petretzikis for Buondi Caffè and her presence in HoReCa.
Attendees had the chance to taste recipes that combined Nestle chocolate with frozen fruits and not only created and presented by the partner of Nestlé Chocolate and favorite pastry chef, Stelios Parliaros.
