On Saturday 6 April 2019 the AG Leventis Foundation Awards Ceremony was held in the area of Zappeion Megaron Hall with the participation of Greek Initiative and The Hellenic Initiative Foundations.

This year’s ceremony was combined with anniversary events to mark the 20th anniversary of the Olympic Scolarship Program , a program that supports athletes from Greece and Cyprus on the difficult path for the Olympic Games since 1999.

The Athletes also visited the Presidential Palace where the President of the Republic, Mr. Prokopios Pavlopoulos, praised the athletes’ efforts, their dedication to excellence, and the contribution of the Scholarship Program to Greek Sports.
